	The Valencian paella has its origins in the Lagoon, within a very few kilometers of the capital Valencia. Alli was cultivated, and in fact is still grown today together with cereals, vegetables, and fruits like judias, kidney beans, pinientos, tomatos and of course, the rice. The typical meat of these areas is duck, chicken, rabbit and pork. Although the sea also offers a great variety of products, the seafood paella was a "later invention". It is now a great attraction within the range of Valencian paellas and a delight to sample in its real Spanish form.

Our restaurant is truly Spanish in style, with mouth watering food prepared and cooked in our own kitchen, with local produce and served in the Spanish style.

Although BBQ and Tapas are our specialties we have a comprehensive menu to suit all tastes

We should stress that this is true Spain, not a tourist 'gimmick' and we want you to come and enjoy our real hospitality.
