Since this is a much needed service we are attempting to find another company to take Vision's place. 

It is also unfortunately that this is an area in which many people receive less than the service they expected or desired.

(25th November) we at MyVicinity have been particularly distressed to hear from 3 users that they have problems with their satellite equipment installed by Vision.

We understood from Vision that although the shop was closing they were continuing the business and all 'service' lines would still be operational.

We understand now (April 2004) that recently another business has opened by Jo and Lee Dow in the Denia region offering satellite installation.

At MyVicinity we do not tolerate this sort of activity. Their site has been blocked and until the situation has been resolved they have been entered into our
'named and shamed' area.

We strongly advise users of this site, until we receive further information,  to beware of any dealing with Vision Satellite and Security and or Jo and Lee Dow.
