2: Enter your full email address eg example@myvicinity.co.uk into the user name box and your  standard email password into the password box

8: You will be taken to a similar service to 'hotmail' or 'Yahoo' with all the familiar services and facilities for you to send, receive, read, delete and store any emails and attachments.

IMPORTANT
Always remember to delete emails when you have finished with them. When you delete them a line appears through them. You then need to click on the 'purge deleted' button to remove them completely. This is a 'fail safe' procedure for your protection but if you do not do it your mailbox will fill up!
